L’ allestimento, in cui amore per il design e gusto retrò si sposano, è il frutto della creatività dei titolari: la struttura dell’originale negozio di moda (pareti nere, grandi vetrine, bancone centrale) viene “trasformata” e arricchita da elementi “agresti”: antiche targhe, mestoli, grembiuli e canovacci fanno da cornice a gran plateaux di crudo e ostriche, alla ormai famosa "soupe de poisson" e ad altre nuovissime proposte.
